I have great sympathy because the first mainstream article on the topic was 2016, first book 2018, yet the concept dates back to the 1940s/50s. SKY have invested in ensuring their leaders understand the benefits of giving their teams a voice, practical ideas to cultivate psychological safety, including on their pioneering Empowered Leaders programme.
